Murray F. Moyles, M.S.W. 1950, retired from his position as chief of nursing at the Buffalo VA Medical Center and is now a social worker in Buffalo.

Charles D. Einach, B.A. 1951, is an assistant editor for mutual fund publications of Value Line Publishing Inc. in New York City.

Stanley Rosen, B.S. 1951, of Las Vegas, Nev., is the semi-retired president of Mold Systems Corp., a designer of molds, dies and thermoforming machinery.

Earl Watson, Ed.D. 1951 & Ed.M. 1949, has been traveling in Spain and taking cruises to Alaska since retiring as a professor at the University of Florida in Pensacola.

William T. Ames, B.S. 1952, of Barrington, Ill., has been a Republican party precinct captain for the past 25 years. He does volunteer work for the American Association of Retired Persons in the organization's "55 Alive" mature driving program. He also chairs the Barrington Area Historical Society's buildings and grounds committee.

William J. Atkins, B.S. 1952, manager at the Defense Control Management Command in Buffalo, was voted a fellow of the National Contract Management Association in recognition of his contributions to the field.

Alice M. Epps, B.A. 1954, of New York City, has returned to school at Fordham University, where she is working on her dissertation, "Homeless Children's Perception of Home."

Harold M. Updike, B.S. 1954, of Clearwater, Fla., has published Around the World in Twenty Years (Vantage Press), which chronicles his travels with his mother, Hazel. They had a shoestring budget, he reports, but received "a boot full of pleasure."

Herald Price Fahringer, J.D. 1956, a senior partner in the New York City office of Lipsitz, Green, Fahringer, Roll, Salisbury and Cambria LLP, was the opening speaker at a series of seminars presented by the New York State Bar Association. He addressed "the alarming rise of grand jury investigations throughout New York, particularly those involving white-collar crime."

Robert F. Wesser, M.A. 1956 & B.A. 1954, of Albany, N.Y., retired last summer after 35 years of teaching at UB and SUNY at Albany.

Claude N. Barrow, B.A. 1957, has been named associate director of the Jamboree Division, Boy Scouts of America, in Dallas, Tex.

Marie Leyden Kunz, M.D. 1958, of Buffalo, retired as director of UB's student health services in 1994 and is now employed at Buffalo VA Medical Center and the Erie County Medical Center.

E. James Lane Jr., B.A. 1959, joined Snap-On Inc. in Buffalo as vice president of the business development and transportation group.

Rose Mary Madejski, B.S. 1959, clinical assistant professor at UB's School of Pharmacy, Department of Pharmacy Practice, was awarded the 42nd Annual Susan B. Anthony Award from the Interclub Council of Western New York.
