  1. Now that the three HR teams have been established and are beginning their work, when can we expect the results and recommendations resulting from their charge?

    All three teams are working in concert and meet to make all discussions are coordinated. A joint recommendation, at least on the majority of the work of all three teams is expected in the Winter of 2006.

  2. The HR Strategic Transformation Team is charged with developing detailed implementation plans sufficient for President Simpson and the Executive Committee to make informed decisions about executing the recommendations of this team. What is involved in this implementation planning?

    Implementation planning includes analyzing the recommendations and determining the resources — including labor, financial, and space — that will be needed to actually enact the recommendations.

  3. After the three implementation teams complete their work and develop recommendations, what is the next phase of the HR Strategic Transformation?

    The next phase of the HR Strategic Transformation will be to actually implement the recommendations.
